I am 45 years old and have been having minor
knee pain since I was 40. In September it increased to a daily throbbing
and burning. I discontinued my exercise which was Cardio Barre and did
limited Yoga, but couldn¹t do any poses on my knees. My doctor referred
me to an Orthopedist, this is through Kaiser who x-rayed my knees. I have
reduced space and he thinks I have Chondromalacia. I also have
spondylolisthesis and bi-lateral pars defect in L5. I get migraines and
headaches and my neck goes out a lot. I am under the regular care of a
Chiropractor. I have been going to regular acupuncture, taking turmeric,
glucosimine chonrdoitin and collagen and it has significantly reduced the
pain. I am ready to get moving again and I know that I need help to do
this right.I live in Simi Valley.
